What's usually wrong with a hard-to-slide door
- Worn or cracked rollers: the door drags, scrapes or jumps off the track. Replacing the rollers usually fixes it.

- Door out of alignment: it rubs the frame or won't lock. Adjusting the roller height often solves it.

Can I replace sliding door rollers myself?
Rollers cost as little as RM2–RM60 each, but they must match your door's profile, and the panel has to be lifted out safely. Glass doors are heavy — for anything above a small window, it's safer to get help.
My tempered glass door shattered. What now?
Keep people away, sweep up carefully and tape off the frame. Tempered glass breaks into small pieces by design. A replacement panel has to be measured and cut, so expect one visit to measure and another to fit.
