About Ceiling & Partition.
- Can you build a partition without a major renovation?
- Yes — most drywall partitions can go up in 1–2 days, with the only mess being from drilling into walls/ceiling. We sheet your floors and clean up.
- What's the difference between gypsum and plaster ceiling?
- Gypsum boards are factory-made, faster to install, lighter, and easier to repair. We mostly use gypsum unless you have a heritage plaster ceiling that needs matching.
- Will the ceiling crack again where it cracked before?
- Not if we diagnose the cause first. Most KL ceiling cracks are from water above (roof or upstairs bathroom) or movement at joints — we fix the source then patch.
