About Mont Kiara
Why Mont Kiara Calls Us for Water Heater.
Mont Kiara is dense, high-rise, and full of expat and dual-income households. Most properties are managed condos with strict access rules — we work with the building managers to get in and out cleanly.
Rain-shower heaters
Many Mont Kiara units have rain-shower sets. A heater with a matching rain-shower kit and pump keeps flow strong at the larger shower head.
Replacing heaters in tiled bathrooms
Swapping an old heater for a new model can leave old screw holes and exposed piping. We position the new unit to cover old fixings where possible.
Condo rules and access
Most condos need advance notice for contractors. Tell us your building and we'll book a slot that fits.
We serve water heater jobs across every part of Mont Kiara — including Mont Kiara Centre, Mont Kiara Aman, Mont Kiara Banyan, Mont Kiara Sophia, Hartamas Heights, and Sri Hartamas.
